Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged or Defective Product Return Policy

This policy covers products that are damaged during shipping or arrive with a manufacturing defect. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.

1. Eligibility & Reporting Window

Products are eligible for return/replacement under this policy if they are confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Reporting Window: You must notify our Customer Support team of the damage or defect within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Claims reported outside of this window may be denied.

  • Condition: The damaged item must be returned in the condition it was received, along including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

2. Required Documentation

To expedite your claim, you must provide the following evidence when contacting our Customer Support:

  • Order Number.

  • Detailed Description of the damage or defect.

  • Photographic Evidence:

    • Clear photo(s) of the damaged product.

    • Clear photo(s) of the shipping box/packaging, especially showing any external damage. (This is crucial for filing claims with the shipping carrier).

3. Return & Resolution Process

Step 1: Contact Us

DO NOT ship the product back until you have received confirmation and return instructions from our team. Please contact us via contact@elevate-spaces.com with the documentation listed above.

Step 2: Confirmation & Instructions

Once the damage is confirmed, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 3: Return Shipment

Package the damaged item securely and affix the provided prepaid label. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.

Step 4: Resolution

Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item, you will be offered one of the following resolution options, based on product availability and your preference:

  • Replacement: A direct replacement of the same product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

  • Full Refund: A full refund of the product purchase price and original shipping costs will be issued to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs

If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will cover all costs associated with the return shipping via a prepaid label. You will not be responsible for any return shipping fees.

5. Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by customer misuse, improper handling, or accidental breakage.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Items damaged after the 30-day Reporting Window has elapsed.

  • Items returned without an RMA number.
